Welcome back!

Ok, so after about an hour of site maintenance, upgrading all the plug-ins and WordPress backend, I think we’re about ready to go again. Things have settled down to the point that I think we can start moving again here.

First of all, thanks for all the well wishes and prayers around the difficulties we’ve had this year. As an update, we’re almost through with radiation and will have some decisions to make once that’s done, but all scans have come back good so I think we’ve got a good prognosis for the future. Been a rough road, something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, but it goes to show that this is a treatable disease with a great survival rate. Certainly makes you change your perspective on things.

I’m going to try and shoot for one good solid post a day as I’m ramping back up. We’ll see if I can get more than that, and some posts might just be links to other things I’ve found and want to share with you as well, but before long we’ll be back up and running full steam here.

You might soon see a new section on the site specific to my new addiction, World of Warcraft, where I have groomed a Level 80 Huntard Hunter and a Level 69 Death Knight on the Nazgrel server. I might share some stories of things I’ve done, strategies on casual play (I am in no way a hardcore raiding player, but I have fun in raids occasionally), and new things in the game.
